Welcome to Lucky the Panda. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lucky the Panda website, games and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service Is For Entertainment Only
Lucky the Panda is a free-to-play social casino. Our games are for amusement purposes only. The Service does not offer real-money gambling, and no real money, goods or services can be won by playing. Success at social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is void where prohibited by law.
3. Virtual Currency
The Service may include virtual coins, tokens, or similar items (“Virtual Currency”). Virtual Currency:

- cannot be exchanged, redeemed or cashed out for money, goods or any other item of monetary value;
- is licensed to you for use within the Service only and is not your property;
- may be adjusted, reset or removed by us at any time.
No purchase is necessary to play.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain only one account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, exploits or automation to play or to obtain Virtual Currency;
- buy, sell, trade or transfer accounts or Virtual Currency outside the Service;
- harass, abuse or harm other players, or post unlawful or offensive content;
- reverse engineer, copy or interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
- use the Service if you are under 18 or where the Service is prohibited by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all games, artwork, characters (including Lucky the Panda), logos, text and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Service and any Virtual Currency ends immediately.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill or Virtual Currency, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
